As we reach the final days of 2025, we wanted to take a moment to wish everyone who is already on holiday, or about to finish, an amazing, well earned and truly restful break.
We hope the coming days bring you time to slow down, switch off, and enjoy being with friends and family. After a long and busy term, you more than deserve it.
We look forward to seeing you again in 2026 and making it a truly fantastic year together.
Please see below a few final (and we think important!) reminders before the holidays begin.
Just a gentle reminder as we head towards the end of term that the Monster Phonics Twelve Day Sale is now in its final days.
There is 20% off five carefully chosen book collections, each designed to give children more opportunities to practise, consolidate and feel confident with their reading before the holiday.
The collections included are:
Foundations
Additional Adventures
Comics
Flying Ahead (Fiction and Non-Fiction)
Non-Fiction Pack
These sets are often particularly helpful for children who benefit from a little more time, repetition and reassurance, and can be a lovely way to support reading in a calm, pressure free way.
If you were planning to take a look, this is the final opportunity before the sale ends.

Ends 16 December.
If parents ask how they can help over the holidays, we have a range of short, bite sized how to videos on our website that are well worth highlighting. They offer a simple, reassuring introduction to phonics and pure sounds, and focus on supporting children without turning reading into something that feels like work. Â Click here to view.
We also run an online parent information session in January on Wednesday 21st at 10am or 7pm. A recording will be added to the CPD Hub afterwards, making it easy to share if helpful.
There is also a parent newsletter, which focuses specifically on supporting reading at home. Parents can opt in via this link Parent Newsletter. There is no obligation to share this, but if you would like to pass it on to families, please do.
Warm wishes,
The Monster Phonics Team
