World Book Day 2025

To help you celebrate, our Monster Phonics and Superhero Spelling teams have put together some great activity packs — filled with ways to explore stories, from designing your own book covers to guessing each other’s favourite books. And our monsters have been hard at work creating a short video featuring the monsters themselves celebrating books. The video links to the World Book Day 2025 theme, ‘Read Your Way’, reminding children that there’s no ‘right’ way to read. Whether you curl up in a comfy corner, perch on a playground bench, or sneak under a table with a torch – it all counts. However you love to read is the perfect way to read.
