The first few weeks have flown by, and we hope everyone is beginning to settle into the new term.
We know just how much goes into the start of a school year: welcoming new children, establishing routines, supporting families and getting teaching underway. Thank you for everything you are doing to give children such a positive start.
Now that the term is well underway, we’ve brought together some useful support, resources and reminders for the weeks ahead.
On Thursday 24 September, we’re running four free online Parent Information Sessions throughout the day, giving families a choice of times to attend.
We’ll explain phonics clearly, introduce parents to the Monster Phonics approach and share simple, practical ways they can support reading at home.
