Each member school is paired with a dedicated trainer who has extensive experience in reading, phonics, and spelling. This includes an onboarding session and several customised INSET sessions throughout the first year to fully integrate the Monster Phonics method into your curriculum. This is followed by six monthly Health Checks.
Accessible 24/7, this online resource features a comprehensive library of CPD materials, including core, bite-sized training sessions for all staff, and advanced training to elevate your educational practice to a level of excellence. A ‘How to..’ video library also supports and informs your teaching of key elements of the programme.
A programme of live training events, throughout the year, providing opportunities for further professional development as well as information sessions and updates. All webinars are recorded and made available on our Training Hub for later access.
