Her journey begins with a stellar qualification lineup featuring the latest achievement, the prestigious Cert TESOL from Trinity College of London. She serves as a resource person for phonics at Cambridge University Press. She is the founder of Phonics Mantra, a literacy centre based in Pune since 2014 successfully implementing synthetic phonics with all learners including children with special needs.

With an impressive 20+ years of teaching experience, Ritu Verma has seen tremendous progress in students using the synthetic phonics approach.

Ritu’s commitment to her students extends far beyond the classroom. She has trained thousands of teachers and parents in her methods, ensuring that synthetic approach to phonics can reach even more children online and in person. Her work has also been recognized internationally, with collaborations with teachers from countries such as Qatar, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, US, Canada, Kenya, and more.

Since 2000, he has dedicated his career to empowering educators, specializing in phonics and phonemic awareness, and has been a beacon of knowledge and inspiration to countless teachers across South India.

As a literacy consultant for prominent educational companies, he has played a crucial role in shaping literacy initiatives that transform young minds. His credentials as a British Council-certified trainer further underscore his commitment to excellence, guiding students toward success in the IELTS examination.

Mr. Vaidhyanath’s visionary leadership was instrumental in launching KIWI LEARNERS in India, a pioneering school associated with a New Zealand organization. As a Co-founder of V3 Learning Solutions in partnership with leading research & development organizations, he continues to drive innovative educational solutions deeply rooted in Cognitive Science & Early Literacy. Sonia is a passionate educator and phonics trainer with over 12 years of experience working with young learners. Holding a B.Ed and TESOL, TEYL certifications, she specializes in teaching English reading and writing to children. She is also an accredited storyteller from Kathalaya, using storytelling as a powerful tool to engage and inspire young minds. A certified Montessori teacher, she has successfully incorporated Montessori principles in her teaching, fostering independent learning and curiosity in children. She has also volunteered extensively with organizations to teach English to underprivileged children in rural parts of India, focusing on improving literacy rates and educational opportunities. Along with her co-trainer, Meera, Sonia has trained educators globally and played a key role in implementing Phonics curriculum in schools, particularly in Pune and other Indian states. Together, they have equipped teachers with the tools and strategies to enhance early childhood literacy through structured phonics programs. Her unwavering dedication to shaping the future of young children and her impactful contributions to teacher training makes her a recognized teacher/trainer in Phonics and Grammar education.

My name is Aiswarya CT. I have a Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication and Masters in Education from Amrita school of Arts and science and Azim Premji University respectively.  I have 3 years of experience in teaching English – which includes being an English language facilitator for  5-6 year-olds and as a freelancer in multiple organisations. During this  time, I have also had the opportunity to facilitate a transgender community for three months. Moreover, I have worked in a government home as a facilitator for basic conversational English for young adults aged 16,17 and 18 years. I am also a certified storyteller and a theatre facilitator. During my free time I enjoy dancing, illustrating and cooking.
